1979 - 2021
Andrew Brown was known as a devoted and loving father of seven. Having left school before graduating, he was adamant about his children getting an education.
Andrew lost both parents at at early age, and was a doting and caring father, according to his extended family. He was quick with a smile and a joke, and had a self-deprecating humor that put everyone at ease.
Andrew was killed by police in Elizabeth City, North Carolina in April 2021.
